Teotihuacan was once a thriving city and one of the largest urban centers in the world during its peak between the 1st and 7th centuries AD. The most iconic structures in the complex are the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, which dominate the skyline and provide breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area from their summits. These impressive structures were built as sacred ceremonial sites, and tourists are drawn to their immense size, architectural precision, and the sense of awe they inspire. Enjoy the view from above by climbing up the 238 steps to the top of the pyramid or by taking a magical hot air balloon ride as the sun rises.
